"Cameran at State Farm went above and beyond for me today. She took the time to help me track down a police report for an accident my son’s car was involved in so I could get the insurance claim filed.
Being in sales myself, I know how important great customer service is, and Cameran reminded me that there are still people out there who genuinely care about helping others. She didn’t have to go the extra mile, but she did, and I really appreciate it.
