"I recently had the pleasure of interacting with this agency and, I would like to highlight a couple of the things that made this the best interaction I've ever had with an insurance agency. First, the quote/cost of the policy I ended up purchasing was not only reasonable but beat the competition by over $100. I called 10 other agencies, two of them other State Farm agencies, and none of them seem interested in acquiring my business. They were either not very personable or excited to have me as a customer, or, they wanted more than I was willing to pay for a policy. The agent I dealt with at Annette's agency spoke to me with respect and consideration right from the start. Her name is Kayleigh and she was an absolute sweetheart to deal with and I'm so glad she will be my agent going forward. Her professionalism and positive attitude is a testament to the environment that is clearly fostered at this agency. Kayleigh, thank you so much for taking the time to make me feel like a valued customer, even before I had purchased a policy."
